Stagg Batch 25D is a 2025 Buffalo Trace cask-strength release bottled uncut and unfiltered at 129.2 proof (64.6% ABV). Caramelized sugar and oak char lead the aroma with a warm lift of baking spice.

The palate is concentrated and full-bodied, layering rich toffee, dark spice and bourbon sweetness with serious barrel heat. Long oak, peppery spice and a warming glow define the finish. Let it rest neat in a Glencairn, then add a few drops of water to broaden the aroma and temper the proof.
