What can I actually redeem?
Whatever the program currently offers — the live list, with the point level for each one, is above. Rewards can change, and what is shown there is always the current set.
How do points get added?
Automatically, once your order is paid. Nothing to scan, nothing to submit. If an order is cancelled or refunded, the points that came with it come back off.
Where do I see my balance?
On this page when you are signed in, and any time from the Rewards tab on the edge of the screen.
How do I redeem?
Choose a reward from the list above. You will get a code to apply to your cart, and the reward's own terms and expiry are shown before you use it.
Do rewards expire?
Every reward carries its own terms, and they are shown with the reward before you redeem it. Your balance is always on this page.
What does it cost to join?
