    Inspired by the iconic Stitzel-Weller distillery, Blade and Bow Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey pays homage through its innovative Solera System aging method, which preserves remnants of the distillery's oldest whiskey reserves, including some of the final bourbon batches crafted before its closure in 1992. This Solera liquid is expertly mingled with other premium whiskies aged and bottled at Stitzel-Weller. Matured in freshly charred American white oak barrels, this bourbon offers a delicate aroma of ripe fruit, complemented by a palate featuring nuances of dried apricot, luscious pear, and sweet roasted grain. The finish is characterized by hints of charred oak and comforting winter spices.
