   Usually within one business day, on the channel you told us you prefer.

2. We ask the few questions we still need

   Bottle direction, engraving layout, packaging and the delivery window — whatever is still open.

3. You get a plan built for your order

   What we can source, how it will be engraved and packed, and the dates it lands. Then we talk it through.
