This blended malt pays tribute to Masataka Taketsuru, the esteemed pioneer of Japanese whisky. As the first Japanese individual to master the art of whisky-making in Scotland and bring his knowledge to Japan, his legacy is legendary. This blend combines the single malts from Yoichi and Miyagikyo, with a significant portion aged in sherry oak casks, imparting a distinct richness to this blended malt.
